How much will this cost?

Upon receipt of your insurance information, Good Samaritan Physical Theapy will confirm your individual physical therapy benefits with your insurance provider. The level of coverage differs from plan to plan. It is not uncommon to have a co-pay, co-insurance or deductible. On your first visit a member of our staff will sit down with you and have a one on one consultation explaining your insurance benefits to you. If you do not have health insurance we offer a variety of flexible payment options so you have the opportunity to realize the benefits of physical therapy. It is the client's ultimate responsibility to understand their insurance benefits, but we will assist you as much as possible in all insurance and billing matters.

How often will I have to come?

Your physician and therapist usually determine the frequency and duration of your course of physical therapy. Factors that influence the frequency and duration include your diagnosis, age, surgical procedure and the severity of your injury. Keep in mind everyone heals and responds to therapy differently. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule to maximize your visits.

As part of the "rehabilitation team", your participation is important to your recovery.

Consider this your homework.
3. Last, but not least, communicate with your therapist. Let him or her know what is working or if something is causing you an increase in pain.
